Titre : Requirements analysis and design for the modernisation of a workflow engine. Type de document : Travail de fin d'études Auteurs : Charles De Briey, Auteur ; Stéphane Fornaroli, ; Nicolas Marchand, Editeur : ECAM Année de publication : 2021 Note générale : EXPRESS-DESK SOLUTION Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : TFE - Informatique (ECAM) Résumé : Express-desk Solution is a company that has developed a solution that allows an employee to contact the IT support department of their company via chat services. The main part of the solution is a workflow engine which handle different activities such as the exchange of messages, the dispatching to human IT agents, chatbot solutions, etc. Originally the system was designed to work with Lync (now Skype for Business), but it has evolved to work with Teams as well. However, the back-end has not evolved and is still based on the technologies used to make the system work with Lync. The objective of this master thesis is therefore to determine the requirements of the system and then design a workflow engine with more modern tools and technologies.
